Shipping policy

We work to ship out orders 3 to 5 business day  the orders has been placed for holidays Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 5 to 7 business days to ship orders.

As of September 20, 2021 we will be preparing orders in 3 to 5 days, delivery estimate will be 10 to 28 days or more depending on the city or country where the client located. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once is shipped out.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

We are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to the address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct, if your tracking shows that your package has been delivered, please check with your neighbors and family members to make sure they did not receive it by mistake. Then feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.

We are not responsible for return shipping cost when returning items for a refund  or for lost returns. When shipping returns without label we provide, we recommend purchasing tracking and keeping shipping receipts for your records.

All packages are shipped via USPS and the various options available are presented at checkout.

Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

MR Angel LLC is not responsible if the client has wrongly entered their data such as NAME, EMAIL OR ADDRESS. Make sure to enter your details correctly when buying. If the package gets lost for these reasons, Maravillas National is not responsible if your package is returned to our facilities, you are responsible for paying the corresponding shipping so that the package can be sent again. 

 Maravillas National is not responsible if your package was marked as delivered by usps, if you never received your package you can contact usps. Please track your orders Maravillas National is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
